Milk Coolers

Milk coolers with no icing, made in stainless steel AISI 304.

Cradle Cheese Vats

TECNOLAT cradle cheese vats are made with semy-cilindrical section, and cut that occurs along the longitudinal axis of the vat. Particularly suitable for soft cheese, where is necessary to preserve a high moisture degree.

Shelves for cheese ripening

The main structure is made in stainless steel AISI 304, while the shelves are made in alimentary polyethylene, suitably perforated. This combination of materials ensures solidity to the shelf and an excellent ventilation that facilitates the ripening.
