Curd cutter with “vertical cutting blade” for the discontinuous cutting of “pasta filata” products. It is used both for small productions (where the stretching is carried out manually) and for big productions, where it is needed to make few batches of product or to verify the degree of curd maturation.

MECHANICAL HARDENING VATS

Hardening vats mod. RV, made in stainless steel AISI 304, allow to harden the product after the moulding phase.
The advancement system is constituted by an oscillating device driven by a two-speed motor.
They can be provided with a heat exchanger to keep the hardening water constant.

BRINE VATS WITH WATER JETS

Brine vats mod. SV, made in stainless steel AISI 316, allow to keep in brine the product after the hardening phase. The product advancement is carry out by water jets that transport the product in a natural way.
