Tecnolat can supply complete plants for the production of hard and semi-hard cheeses, with long and medium ripening. Our processing lines are designed and manufactured according to the customer’s specific product requirements.

TECNOLAT tanks mod. SRC, with jacket to circulate refrigerating fluid, are made with variable capacity from 1.000 liters up to a maximum of 30.000 liters.

SHELVES FOR CHEESE RIPENING

The main structure is made in stainless steel AISI 304, while the shelves are made in alimentary
polyethylene, suitably perforated.
This combination of materials ensures solidity to the shelf and an excellent ventilation that
facilitates the ripening.
